If the weather cooperates, we will have the first official practice of the 2026 Wildfire season at our outdoor location, Lakewood Park.

Tuesday mornings from April - September are designated as official practice for Colorado Wildfire. Unless you are working, traveling, or live out of state (or not in the Denver metro area) it is expected that you attend as many official practices as possible. 

The weather can vary quite a bit in Colorado - be sure to bring layers and always have a water bottle, even on cooler days! Cleats are not required but strongly urged for your safety on the field.

Attending regular softball practice is essential for individual skill development, team cohesion, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, mental preparation, and overall success on the field. It provides the foundation for players to improve their performance, contribute to the team's objectives, and enjoy the sport to the fullest.

Please let your team manger know if/when you cannot make practices so we can plan drills accordingly.
