Postponed due to weather: We (the team formerly known as the Peaches, now Wildfire) were lucky enough more than a year ago to get together with the Metropolitan State University Roadrunners. We cheered for them and were invited to come on their field for a combined practice. It went so well we’ve been invited back a couple of times.

Later, we attended one of their home games in masse and two of our members threw out the first pitches! The 20-somethings are amazed we can play a bit and that some of us weren’t able/allowed to play growing up. We are amazed at their skills, kindness and admiration when we caught a ball.

On October 28th at 10 am, we are invited to their beautiful field at Regency Sports Complex in downtown Denver. Easy ride on light rail
from at least two areas. Come join the fun!!
